History

Park Lea is an Edwardian house built in the early 1900's, the houses along Norfolk Street were built for local shopkeepers and trades people of the town. It is situated in a conservation area opposite Central Park, which has played an important part in the town for many years.

In 1984 the then owners converted their family home into the guest house you see today. Elaine and Richard resumed business in July 2008 and are looking forward to meeting guests from far and wide.
