About Park Lea

Park Lea is a Visit England rated Three Star (Silver Award) Bed and Breakfast Guest Accommodation, situated in a convenient location overlooking Boston’s Central Park and is within a short walk to the historic town center.

85 Norfolk Street was built in the early 1900’s and was converted into Park Lea Guest House in 1984 – décor for all rooms has been tastefully kept up-to-date by the current owners, Elaine and Richard. There is private off-street parking, as well as storage facilities for bicycles and free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house.


Our Bedrooms offer good sized‚ clean accommodation for 1, 2 or 3 people, Freeview T.V.’s, thermostatically controlled radiators, alarm clock/radio, hospitality tray – including tea‚ coffee‚ milk, hot chocolate, fresh bottled tap water and complementary toiletries.


The Guest House is a large white building situated just North of the Town Centre at the junction of Norfolk Street with Robin Hoods Walk and Tawney Street. You may find it useful when approaching from any direction to follow road signs to the Crematorium. (The route will then pass by Park Lea.)
